No place for NRO in constitution

LAHORE: There is no room for laws such as the NRO in the constitution of Pakistan, a private TV channel quoted PML-N leader Javed Hashmi as saying on Monday. Talking to reporters, Hashmi said the government wanted to absolve itself of charges of corruption by getting the ordinance passed by parliament. He said the NRO had not been discussed in the recent meeting between PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zaradri, adding the PML-N would oppose the NRO on every forum. daily times monitor
